This case has been filed with CGM regarding the controversial statement of Javed Akhtar in Delhi violence. Advocate Amit Kumar has filed a family favor regarding the remarks made by Javed on the seal of Tahir Hussain's house after the Delhi violence. Its hearing is scheduled for 25 March. After the Delhi violence, the house of former Aam Aadmi Party councilor Tahir Hussain has been sealed by the police. Questioning this action of the police, Javed tweeted a controversial tweet.
