She alleged that the song that the filmmaker showed in the promo was not seen in the cinema hall, due to which it is celebrating a kind of deception. She went to the District Consumer Forum regarding this matter, but the petition was dismissed. She reached the Maharashtra State Consumer Commission against the decision. Here, the commission gave a verdict in favor of Fatima and Yash Raj Films has been asked to pay 5 thousand rupees of lawsuit and damages of 10 thousand rupees. Yash Raj Films went against it to NCDRC, which has upheld the previous decision.
