The High Court on Monday ordered a CBI probe into the case of posts on the judges on social media. The court announced that all the FIRs registered by the CID were transferred to the CBI and ordered an immediate investigation. The registry has been ordered to provide all the evidence to the CBI. The High Court has ordered the CBI to enter more FIRs and bring the investigation to a logical conclusion if there is any cognizable crime. If there is a huge conspiracy behind these posts, it has been ordered to take action against the accused regardless of the status and status.

The CBI has been advised to take action to remove posts on social media on judges and block those users. The investigation report was ordered to be placed in sealed cover within eight weeks from the date of receipt of the verdict. The Cbi has postponed the next hearing to December 14, suggesting the Chief Secretary and DGP to provide full support if the CBI wants to. Justice Rakesh Kumar and Justice J. Uma Devi have issued the order. 'The court has found that a new trend has begun in the state since April. Social media and electronic media interviews against high courtand judges began to be abused. Judges do not have a platform to speak of their fairness and integrity, whether abused or scolded. Contempt of court is not enough to punish these offenders. The high-ranking people declared war on the judiciary. But they have forgotten that there is a democratic system in the country," the bench said during the hearing.

Instructions on the spot
The High Court has stated in its 20-page order that the case is handed over to the CBI for human resources, equipment and wide range of reasons compared to cid. The state government and cid lawyers also have not objected to the CBI investigation. The bench issued the order after the lunch break, even though the case was not in the case list on Monday.
