While Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank is all set to address all concerns pertaining to the upcoming Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) board exams 2021, the schedule of exams for Class X and Class XII proposed to be held in offline pen-paper mode is likely to be announced today.

The Minister is scheduled to go live at 4 PM on Twitter or Facebook to discuss with teachers across the country their concerns regarding board exams. During the interaction, he is expected to make an important announcement regarding the examination dates, sources said.

As part of the central government plan to conduct examinations on time amid the Covid-19 pandemic, the Minister has planned a 3-way discussion with the students, parents and teachers across the country, and as per plan, he will interact with the stakeholders through webinars.

Notably, CBSE officials have clarified there is no such proposal to hold the 2021 board exams in online mode. As per reports, following virtual dialogues, the Minister will review different examinations to be held in various states and UTs. A detailed plan for the conduct of these examinations will be chalked out as per the health protocol orders issued by the Ministries of Health and Home Affairs.
