New Delhi: After 5 brainstorming meetings of the Group of Ministers in 3 months, the Central Government has now divided all the 77 Ministers of the Government into 8 groups to speed up government workings. A senior minister in these groups completed the task of the head of the entire group. In addition, 2 new ministers, some old ministers and some ministers of state were also included. Under the new system, the group will now work to establish harmony among ministers in subjects ranging from the selection of skilled people in their staff taking expert opinions on a technical issue or mutual suggestions for a better understanding of the subject, the use of technology in work.

In fact, the purpose behind this is to make the functioning of the government quality and efficient by coordinating each group and exchanging ideas. Where it has been revealed that the PM has decided to divide ministers into groups to bring more transparency in the functioning and further enhance the efficiency of the government, thereby keeping in constant touch with each other and speeding up the work without getting stuck and hanging. The benefits of the schemes can reach the common man in a short span of time without any hindrance.

Information about the working of one ministry will be available to the other ministry as well: According to the information received, the second intention behind dividing 77 ministers into 8 groups can be easily understood by the new ministers without wasting time on government policies that would get a chance to work in the government for the first time. Sometimes they face difficulties or need the guidance of the authorities. It is also being said that in this new way, the functioning of one Ministry will be communicated to another Ministry and if the work related to it is related to another department, the work is going to be done jointly there. The PM is constantly holding cabinet meetings and is constantly emphasizing the need to reconcile the ministers and the ministry. This important decision has been taken in that regard.
