Central Government to set up a 50-bed AYUSH hospital in the Haryana

Panchkula, Haryana Health Minister Anil Vij said on Sunday, that an international-level natural therapy institute would be constructed on 18 acres of land in Panchkula.Health Minister further added, that " the State government has asked the Central Government to set up a 50-bed AYUSH hospital in the State".

The AYUSH hospital would provide world-class Ayurvedic medical facilities and there is a State level yoga training camp here, he said.

All possible efforts to revive the country’s ancient medicinal disciplines have been done by the State Government, said Mr. Vij.

The Minister said, “A panchkarma centre would also be constructed in every district of the State. So far, such centres have been opened in four districts where patients are being treated through Ayurveda”.
