New Delhi: Nathuram Godse shot Mahatma Gandhi on January 30. The death anniversary of Bapu is celebrated as Martyrs' Day every year in the country. The Modi government of the center has issued fresh orders this time on Martyrs' Day i.e. 30th January. On this day, those who sacrificed for freedom will be remembered.
The new order of the central government has scheduled the day to be celebrated as Martyrs' Day like every year. Necessary guidelines have also been issued to all state governments and union territories on behalf of the Union Home Ministry. The new order has been asked to keep silent for two minutes in remembrance of those who sacrificed in the country's independence. There will be a ban on work and movement. The order issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs for Martyrs' Day says that silence will be kept for two minutes at 11 am on 30th January.
At the same time, there will be no work or movement for those two minutes all over the country, that is, the entire country will be stopped. Mahatma Gandhi played a very important role in the independence of the country. Gandhiji had also gone to jail several times for the country's independence. On January 30, 1948, God had shot three bullets during the evening prayer meeting at Birla Bhawan in Delhi, killing him.
