A bench of Chief Justice DN Patel and Justice Prateek Jalan issued notice to the Center on the plea that stubble burning would greatly increase air pollution in Delhi, causing health problems in the city in view of the Corona epidemic And may increase.

The application was filed on behalf of advocate Sudhir Mishra, who requested the court to direct the central government to organize a meeting between the chief secretaries of Delhi, Punjab, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh to resolve the issue. .
