New Delhi: Earlier, health minister in the Modi government, Dr Harsh Vardhan had written a letter on June 3 asking Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal to implement it. In a counter letter, Kejriwal refused to implement Ayushman Bharat, terming his government's plan better.
Now, once back Harshvardhan has written to Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) President Kejriwal, rejecting his claims about the state Government's scheme. In the latest letter, the health minister in the Modi government has asked Delhi cm Kejriwal to implement the Ayushman Bharat scheme for the good of the people of Delhi. A day earlier on Friday, Delhi cm Arvind Kejriwal sent a letter to the Union Health ministry, stating his plan in Delhi was 10 times bigger than Ayushman Bharat.

In response, Dr Harsh Vardhan has refuted Kejriwal's claims saying that the Delhi government's plan is still in the planning stage. At the same time, he has also termed the Kejriwal government's famous Mohalla clinic scheme as a flop. Harshvardhan termed the shortcomings of Kejriwal's plans and asked him to implement Ayushman Bharat in Delhi.
