New Delhi: Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Kishan Reddy on Thursday targeted former Congress national Rahul Gandhi and said that he is 'irrelevant' in politics. In an exhibition organized in 1975 on the Emergency imposed in the country by the then Indira Gandhi government, Reddy said that Rahul Gandhi neither understood democracy nor state, centre or international politics.
This exhibition was held at the house of senior BJP leader and former Union Minister Vijay Goel. The party's national organization general secretary BL Santosh, party vice president Shyam Jaju and Delhi BJP president Adesh Kumar Gupta along with other veteran leaders were involved. Reddy told the press that an emergency was imposed to save the post of a person in the country. Reddy further said that Rahul Gandhi should read about the atrocities committed by the Congress.
Even on the questions of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, about the issue of Galwan Valley, Kishan Reddy tweeted Rahul Gandhi does not understand national or international issues.
