New Delhi: A national-level voluntary online examination will be conducted by the National Kamdhenu Commission of the Central Government to make students and people aware of the indigenous cows and its benefits. This examination will be conducted on 25 February. Union Minister Sanjeev Balyan said that this program can be seen as an awareness campaign for cows.
Animal Husbandry, Dairy and Fisheries Minister Sanjeev Balyan said that through this examination, people will know what kind of cow is associated with our culture and worship. If after age the cow is not able to provide milk, then it should not be considered a burden because today people are earning through cow dung and urine. The name of this online exam will be 'Gau Vigyan Prachar Prasar Examination'. Earlier, National Kamdhenu Commission Chairman Vallabhbhai Kathiria had said on Tuesday, 'Gau Vigyan Prachar Prasar Examination' will be conducted in an annual manner without any fee.
Primary, secondary and college-level students and common people will be able to participate in this Kamdhenu Gau Vigyan Prachar Prasar examination for free. The National Kamdhenu Commission is now preparing to provide study material on 'Gau Vigyan'. Kathiria says that objective type questions will be asked in the examination and details about the syllabus will be provided on the website of the Commission. Examination results will be announced immediately and certificates will be given. Promising candidates will be rewarded.
