Vidya Malvade is one of the renowned faces in the industry. The actress became famous for her role Chak De India. She has also been featured in various other films. The actress is celebrating her Birthday today. On his Birthday have look on her journey. 

Vidya played the role of a goalkeeper in the film Chak De India and grabbed all the limelight. Vidya was born on March 2, 1973 in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Vidya studied law and started her career as an air hostess. However, from air hostess she became an actress and now she is among the most popular faces in the industry. 

Vidya remained in news for her personal life but do you know that the actress is married to a pilot Captain Arvind Singh Bagga. However, in the year 1997, her husband passed away after three years. In the year 2000, her husband's flight crashed into a building in Patna, and he died. At the time of his unfortunate death, she was 27 years old. After this Vidya got married Sanjay Dayma in 2009, 9 years after her husband's death. Sanjay worked as a screenplay writer and associate director in the film Lagaan released in the year 2001.

Besides being an actress, Vidya is also a popular Yoga Trainer, She teaches yoga along with acting in Mumbai. Vidya has once revealed that she has been doing yoga for the last many years but she has started teaching yoga only from the last 7 years. Amidst the Corona Pandemic, she makes people aware of fitness through digital medium.
