The Indian cricket team, under the leadership of Rohit Sharma, is gearing up to play its third match in this year's T20 World Cup after securing a victory against Pakistan. The next match for Team India is scheduled for June 12 against the USA, to be played in New York, following two previous matches. Now the question arises whether there will be any changes in the playing eleven for the upcoming match under the captaincy and coaching of the team.

In the first two matches, the Semi Playing Eleven of Team India remains unchanged. That is, the same playing eleven that appeared against Ireland was also seen against Pakistan. However, amidst this, if we talk about the performance of the players, although India has won both matches, so the shortcomings are not discussed much, but there are some difficulties that need to be seen and understood. Especially, the focus should be on Shivam Dube. He did not get a chance to play against Ireland, but he must have been expected against Pakistan. Dube faced 9 balls against Pakistan and could only score three runs. That is, he did not even hit a boundary or a six. Shivam Dube had performed exceptionally well in the first half of the IPL playing for CSK. But as soon as he was selected, he is completely failing in batting.

Sanju Samson May Replace Shivam Dube

Now, the question arises, if Shivam Dube is kept out of the playing eleven, then who will be his replacement? Sanju Samson could be a better option there. The IPL season was quite good for Sanju Samson. In such a situation, he could be given a chance. It is true that Sanju may not be able to bowl, but Captain Rohit Sharma did not give the ball to Shivam for bowling against Pakistan either. If he is kept only for batting, then Sanju could be a better option than Shivam. The team India management may be considering this.

Possible Playing Eleven of Team India Against USA:

  • Rohit Sharma (Captain)
  • Virat Kohli
  • Rishabh Pant
  • Suryakumar Yadav
  • Sanju Samson
  • Hardik Pandya
  • Ravindra Jadeja
  • Axar Patel
  • Jasprit Bumrah
  • Arshdeep Singh
  • Mohammed Siraj
