Shimla: Uttarakhand has seen the most outbreaks of rain in the last few days. An orange alert has been issued for the highest rainfall in six cities of Uttarakhand. Badrinath Highway is blocked from debris near Bhanerpani and Chamoli Bazaar. JCB's machines are busy opening the way. People are waiting for the way of Badrinath highway to open. Due to the closure of the route, people are facing many problems.

Yamunotri highway was closed since Monday night due to landslides in Kuthnore and Paligad which has been opened. The Yamunotri highway was blocked in the morning due to landslides near Kuthnore and Paligad due to rain, which has been opened for the movement of vehicles by installing machines, but the movement is quite risky. Also, the Gopeshwar Pokhari motorway has also been blocked due to debris near the non-bridge. Pithoragarh Highway, Jauljibi - Dharchula, Jauljibi - Madkot, Thal - Munsiyari, Munsiyari - Madkot Road is also closed.

Several areas of the six cities of the state may receive the maximum rainfall on Tuesday. The weather department has issued an orange alert for this. According to the bulletin issued, on Tuesday, many areas of Pithoragarh, Bageshwar, Nainital, Champawat, Udham Singh Nagar and Pauri cities may receive maximum rainfall. There is also a possibility of lightning falling somewhere. Weather Center Director Bikram Singh said in his statement that there will be partly cloudy in Dehradun and adjoining areas. There may be some rounds of light to moderate rain. The residents of the same place have been alerted about the rain now.
