Mohali: The incidents of crime increasing day by day have created fear in the hearts of people. Every day, such news comes out from somewhere that shakes the hearts and minds of people. Charges have been framed on behalf of the special court of NAIA on Tuesday in the case of the conspiracy of a terrorist attack (RC-14 case) in Punjab. One of the accused Nishan Singh has been discharged from the case by the court, while all the other accused have been framed. The next hearing of this case has been fixed on 9 April 2020.

According to sources, the National Investigation Agency (NAIA) had filed a charge sheet against the accused in November 2019 for plotting to carry out terrorist attacks in Punjab. Among the accused was Kulvinderjit Singh alias Khanpuria resident of Ludhiana, Ravinder Pal Singh alias Ravi of Moga, Jagdev Singh alias Sonu of Fatehgarh Sahib, Harcharan Singh and Nishan Singh Poonia, resident of Nihal Vihar, Delhi. The NIA found in the investigation that Kulvinderjit was the main conspirator. Who planned a terrorist attack and they wanted a serial blast in public places. According to the NIA, the accused allegedly deposited money and bought ammunition to carry out the terrorist attack in Punjab. Evidence of Reiki has also been found from electronic devices seized from them.
