Lockdown is going on at the moment and everyone is spending time with his family members these days. Many people are learning to make something new. Today we have brought a recipe for making spicy Chinese bhel.
Boiled Noodles - 100 grams
Carrot - 1 (cut to length)
Capsicum - 1 (cut to length)
Cabbage - 1 cup (cut lengthwise)
Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Coriander - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Green chili - 2 (finely chopped)
Chaat Masala - 1/2 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Oil - for frying
Method of preparation - For this, first boil the noodles and in a large and deep vessel to boil, heat enough water to easily submerge the noodles. Now add half a teaspoon of salt and half a teaspoon of oil to this water and when the water boils well, add noodles to it and boil it for at least 10 minutes. After this, separate the noodles by filtering them with a sieve and discard the remaining water. After this fry the noodles. For this, heat oil in the pan and keep the flame high and when the oil is hot, add noodles and fry it well. Now, when the noodles become slightly crispy and golden brown, take them out in a dry plate with a spoon. Now after that, heat oil in a pan and keep the flame high. Add chopped vegetables to it and roast it till it becomes crispy and keep adding salt in it. When the vegetables are roasted well, then add tomato ketchup and chaat masala and mix it well. Finally, to make bhel, mix all the ingredients in a big bowl and add green coriander over it and mix well.
