Mother's Day is very special for every child. This special day is celebrated on the second day of May in the whole world. On the occasion of Mother's Day, some special dishes of mother's choice, which one can make for their mother, can express their love towards them. So know the recipe for making Mango Faluda Kulfi ....

material
(For 6-8 Kulfi)
Milk 1.5 liter / 6 cup
Sugar 3-4 tablespoons
Mango pulp 1 cup
Chopped mango pieces ½ cup
Green Cardamom 4
Pistachio ¼ cup

recipe :

1. Peel the green cardamom and grind the seeds coarsely.

2. Finely chop the pistachios.

3. In a heavy bottom pan, boil milk on medium heat, after the first boil reduce the heat.

4. After the first boil, stir the milk in between and boil it till one-third of it remains. This process takes about one and a half hours.

5 Now thick add sugar in milk, cardamom and chopped pistachios and mix well. Turn off the heat and let the milk cool down a bit.

6. When the milk cools down, add mango pulp and mix well. Now add finely chopped mango pieces and mix well. Do not put the pulp of mango in hot milk or else the milk may burst.

7. Now put this Kulfi mixture into the Kulfi mold. If you do not have molds of icecream, then you can also use molds to make gourd. If you do not have any of these two molds, then set the ice cream in a plastic container. Keep the kulfi in the freezer until it is completely frozen.

8. To remove the kulfi from the mold, fill hot water in a bowl and soak the molds in it for 10-15 seconds. Now Kulfi will come out easily.

9. If you have put Kulafi in the container, cut it into desired shape and serve it after pouring Faluda from above. By the way, this Kulfi looks very tasty even without Faluda.
