A copied version of the popular Indian television industry show 'Sarabhai vs Sarabhai' is running in Pakistan. That too without permission from the original producer. At the same, the writer of the show Aatish Kapadia is angry with the producer of that Pakistani serial. Aatish took out his fury on the producer of Pakistan through a Facebook post. Aatish wrote that a copy version of our show has been made in Pakistan without permission. It is an open robbery.

Aatish wrote, 'Today morning started with a forwarded video link. I opened it and saw that it is a word to word, frame to frame unofficial remake of our show Sarabhai vs Sarabhai. This work belongs to someone from our neighbouring country Pakistan. Not only this but it was shamelessly uploaded on the free video platform as well. The stars of the show are speaking my written dialogues in such a bad way as if there are any road dialogues. I believe it makes sense to create a show on the lines of Sarabhai vs Sarabhai after being inspired. Khichdi also influenced many producers and then he made many shows of different types of khichdi.'

He further wrote, 'Similarly, the inspired version of Sarabhai vs Sarabhai is completely wrong. He (Pakistani producer) feels that the show was just about a category struggle but it was just one aspect of the show. The intent of the show has been retroactively changed. This copy is very dangerous. I request my friends not to view this show. Otherwise, you will also join this public robbery. Copyright does not mean only technical copyright, but its conscience was taken away from the show. Those thieves removed everything from the show. If there is justice, I am waiting for it. Imitating is the best form of flattery, but not getting permission before doing it wrongly makes it immoral. '
