Flour (as per convenience) - 500 grams
Refined oil - 04 tablespoons
Celery - 05 grams
Ghee - to fry
Salt - 01 tsp


For stuffing:

Boiled and mashed corn - 04 cups
Grated cheese - 01 cup
Finely chopped beans and carrots - 1 1/2 cups
Finely chopped onions - 04
Finely chopped green chillies - 01 tsp
Chaat Masala - 01 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - as per taste

Method of preparation: For corn cheese paratha, first mix refined oil, celery and salt in flour and knead it. Mix all the stuffing and keep it in a pot. After this, take the dough of the desired size of fine flour and fill it in the appropriate amount and roll it like a parantha. Heat the ghee on the griddle and bake the parathas on both sides until golden. Your Yummy, Healthy and Tasty Cheese Paratha is ready. Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
