Thekua Making Materials:-
Wheat flour 500 g, two teaspoons ghee, jaggery, 1 spoon cardamom powder, coconut grated 1/2 cup, refined oil, water, fennel 1 spoon.

Thekua Recipe:-
To make the Thekua, first put jaggery or sugar in water and keep the pot for about 1 hour. But we will use jaggery here. If the jaggery is not completely melted, melt it on a high flame on the gas. Now turn off the gas and let the jaggery solution cool. So strain the wheat flour in a pot. Then, add grated coconut, fennel, two teaspoons of ghee, and mix well. Then mix the dough with jaggery. This makes sure that the dough is hard. Now take this dough and press between the two palms and make it round. Then heat the refined oil in a brew and fry the Thekua in it till it becomes golden. Now, the Thekua has been prepared.
