Raipur: This story is of Vetti Rama, who has been working for the police nowadays. However, her elder sister Vetti Kanni is working for the Naxalite organization. In the past, the two had come face-to-face in an accountant. Vetti Rama was with the police and her sister was with the Naxalites. The two met face-to-face but in the meantime exchange of fire broke out. The Naxalites fled the scene amid indiscriminate firing.

It is not that Vetti Rama did not attempt to connect her sister to the mainstream. Repeatedly wrote letters but his sister did not send the letter again and asked to work for the Naxalite organisation. Vetti Rama has also been in the Naxalite outfit. On October 13, 2018, Rama surrendered to the police with a weapon and expressed his desire to join the mainstream. Since then he has been working for the police.

Rama had been active in the Naxalite outfit for the past 23 years and was working to strengthen the Naxalite outfit in Konta area and carry out the attacks. About 24 nominated crimes have been registered in different police stations over Rama. The government had announced a reward of eight lakh rupees on Rama, but Rama laid down arms before the police on October 13, 2018 to join the mainstream. The biggest Naxal leader till now was the one who surrendered. Then Rama started working for the police.
