The coronavirus has spread to more than 180 countries of the world. After which the Chinese health official said that the number of patients of COVID-19 hospitalized in Wuhan, capital of Hubei province, has come down to zero. At the press conference in Beijing, the spokesman of the National Health Commission of China, Mi Feng, said that this has been achieved by the hard efforts of medical personnel in Wuhan and the hard work of the people engaged in the fight against the virus across the country. He was the last patient in Wuhan to be cured on Friday, reports Xinhua.

According to media reports, in Hubei province, the number of existing COVID-19 cases has gone below 50 for the first time. There have been no new confirmed cases of this disease in the province since 20 days. On Sunday also, the National Health Commission reported that there were 12 active COVID-19 cases in Wuhan city.

In their statement, further health officials said that 11 people were discharged after overcoming infection in Wuhan by midnight on Sunday, leading to a total of 12 active infection cases in the city and throughout Hubei. Efe News Report. China registered 11 new cases in the last 24 hours, of which five were foreign.
