According to media reports, in Hubei province, the number of existing COVID-19 cases has gone below 50 for the first time. There have been no new confirmed cases of this disease in the province since 20 days. On Sunday also, the National Health Commission reported that there were 12 active COVID-19 cases in Wuhan city.

In their statement, further health officials said that 11 people were discharged after overcoming infection in Wuhan by midnight on Sunday, leading to a total of 12 active infection cases in the city and throughout Hubei.
