Beijing: China has been incensed after the US's comments on its antics on the Line of Actual Control (LAC). The US official said that China is not taking good steps regarding the border dispute with India. On this, it has been said by China that the tension on LAC is an internal matter of two countries, there is no need for the third to interfere in it. America's Assistant Secretary for South Central Asian Affairs Donald Lu had said that China had started its wrong activities in May itself. Instead of resolving the border dispute, China adopted an aggressive attitude. He had said that America will always stand with India in this matter. 

Following Lu's remarks, the spokesperson of the Chinese embassy responded saying that without any evidence the US official has accused China regarding the LAC. He said that China strongly objects to interference in the bilateral relations between the two countries. He also said that the overall situation along the LAC is stable. The border matter is between India and China. Both countries are trying to resolve the matter through consensus and dialogue. He said that it is expected that America will do such things, which will increase peace and stability. 

The spokesperson has said that India and China have established smooth communication among themselves. Efforts are being made to resolve the dispute through strategic and military means. Let us inform you that the military officers of India are also not convinced about China in any way. The Army Chief had recently said that the situation on the border is normal but unpredictable. That is, anything can happen at any time. Lu had come on an India tour these days. He had come to India to take stock of the preparations ahead of US Home Minister Antony Blinken's visit.
