Beijing: 61 cases of covid Monday in China were recorded. This is the highest number of cases reported since April. This is expected to bring a fresh wave of corona in 3 provinces of China. According to the National Health Commission, 57 new domestic cases have been found in the far-west Xinjiang region. Fourteen domestic cases have also been recorded in the northeastern province of Liaoning. Here, fresh cases started coming out from last week. 2 more local cases were found in Jilin, a province near the North Korean border, dating back to May. The 4 cases confirmed on Monday, those patients came from abroad.

According to the information, 61 cases have been found in China since April 14. 89 cases were recorded in the month of April, most of which came back after traveling abroad. Chinese authorities have started conducting mass tests of people in the port city of Dalian. A second wave of large-scale test was launched on Sunday in Urumqi, Xinjiang to detect the infection.

According to a local press conference, more than 2.3 million people have been tested in areas with a population of 3.5 million on Friday. New cases of Corona in China are coming at a time when the Chinese Super League football tournament has started on Saturday. Lockdown has been implemented in both Dalian and Urumqi. The authorities have declared war on the virus.
