New Delhi: Police have arrested a Chinese youth from the Old DLF area in Gurugram. According to information, the Chinese youth was living in India without a visa. According to the police, the accused has been identified as Wang Yanam. Wang Yanam, 28, is a resident of China's Shandong Province. The accused has been arrested under the Foreigners Act.

Police said that the accused's visa expired on August 18, 2021. But he was staying here without any information. The accused, Wang Yanam, did not even inform the local police about it. Wang was subsequently arrested on Saturday. The police are investigating the case. Police said the youth lives in  Licheng Jinan City in China. However, his visa expired on August 18. The accused has been arrested under the Foreigners Act. However, he is being questioned as to why he did not inform the police or the concerned department in this regard.

Recently, the Special Cell of Delhi Police had busted a fake visa racket in the capital. In this case, the police had also arrested six people who made fake visas. The accused caught in the fake visa racket used to prepare visas for European countries as well as different countries. The accused had also installed machines to make visas. Along with this, fake passports of many countries were also seized from the possession of the accused.
