The latest case has come to light from Nadiad in Gujarat, where an accused named Yasarkhan Pathan trapped a Hindu girl through social media. Then he physically abused her by tempting her to send her abroad. In this case, the police have arrested 8 out of 10 accused. However, its mastermind Yasarkhan Pathan and one of his accomplices are still absconding. The matter came to light when the victim's family called the police Yasarkhan Pathan, Jabir Khan Pathan (accused's father), Faizal Khan Pathan (accused's brother), Shahnaz Khan Pathan (accused's mother), Suraikhan Pathan, Fardeen Khan Syed, Faridbanu Malek. , filed a complaint against Nadeem Malek, Jai Kadam and another accused.
The victim's family told the police how Yasarkhan Pathan exploited their daughter physically and mentally by trapping her. According to reports, through social media, Yasarkhan Pathan came in contact with a 24-year-old Hindu victim two years ago in 2020. The girl comes from the Scheduled Caste, that is, the Dalit community. Slowly he started conversing with the victim and started dating her by trapping her in his false love. Meanwhile, one day the victim told him that she wanted to study nursing from abroad. Seeing the opportunity, the accused entangled the victim in talks and promised to send the victim abroad. It is alleged that Yasarkhan took Rs 5 lakh from the victim and allegedly obtained a Dubai women visa for her for a few days.
However, he did not get the visa, so he single-handedly sent the victim to Dubai. The victim stayed there for 15 days, later the accused brought her back from there to Nadiad and himself started living with her in a rented house. It is alleged that when the accused was not at home, taking advantage of his absence, the family members of the accused physically abused the victim. The accused also forced the victim to wear a burqa and offer prayers. But, when the victim could not bear this torture, she returned to her parents, but now the parents of the victim were also not ready to take her back to the house. When the victim told about the brutality done to her, her parents lodged a complaint with the Nadiad Town police station. The family members of the victim allege that the accused had lied to them that their daughter was in Poland. He also showed the ticket to the victim's father on the phone. When the victim told her family members about going to Poland, they collected Rs 5 lakh by pledging her jewellery. The victim had reportedly also sold her gold chain. However, 8 accused have been arrested, while the search for two others is on.
