Li characterized China and Europe as "important partners" and underscored their shared responsibilities in tackling issues such as climate change and economic development.

Premier Li's speech at the G21 summit resonated with a message of unity and collaboration. Li further stressed the importance of deepening cooperation in areas such as trade, investment, and finance, underscoring the potential for both sides to harness their economic strength for mutual benefit.

The G21 summit serves as a platform for leaders from 21 developing countries to engage in substantive discussions on pressing global issues.

Against the backdrop of increasing tensions between China and the West, this year's summit was an opportune moment for Premier Li to emphasize the importance of collaboration between China and Europe.

The geopolitical landscape has become increasingly complex, with China facing scrutiny and criticism from the United States and its allies on issues ranging from trade practices to human rights abuses.

However, Li cautioned against being drawn into a "zero-sum game" between the United States and China. Instead, he advocated for the development of a "new type of international relations" founded on win-win cooperation.

This call for a cooperative approach was met with approval by European leaders. Josep Borrell, the European Union's foreign policy chief, noted that Li's speech "sent a strong message of cooperation," highlighting the importance of collaboration in addressing global challenges.

The G21 summit provided a significant opportunity for China and Europe to strengthen their ties, notwithstanding the challenges they face. Both sides share a common interest in addressing issues such as climate change and economic development, making cooperation a logical and mutually beneficial choice.

Nonetheless, there are hurdles to effective collaboration. The ongoing trade dispute between China and the United States, as well as concerns regarding human rights in China, pose challenges to the relationship between China and Europe.

Premier Li's address at the G21 summit reaffirmed China's commitment to cooperation with Europe. In the face of global challenges and shifting geopolitical dynamics, both sides will need to find common ground and innovative solutions to bridge their differences.

Collaboration between China and Europe holds immense potential not only for the two parties but also for the broader international community.

The challenges may be formidable, but the potential rewards of a united front are equally significant.
