Patna: LJP (Ram Vilas) president Chirag Paswan was arrested by Bihar Police. On Tuesday, LJP (Ram Vilas) workers took out Bihar Bachao Yatra under the leadership of Chirag Paswan in the capital Patna. Due to this, a huge crowd gathered, the party workers were moving towards the Raj Bhavan when the police used water cannon to stop the crowd.
Chirag has expressed displeasure over the same police action. LJP (Ram Vilas) chief said that it is beyond my tolerance to run water cannon vehicles on workers, who would have taken responsibility if even a worker came under him? He said that the police had brought him to the police station and made him sit. Near the Dakbangla intersection, the police tried to stop them, but the lamp did not listen.
Thereafter, the police lathi-charged, water cannon was also used but the activists did not agree, after that, Chirag Paswan was arrested. Let us tell you that Chirag Paswan is demanding the dismissal of the Nitish Kumar government of the state. The train of Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) led by Chirag wanted to walk from Gandhi Maidan to Raj Bhavan.
