Mother's Day is going to be celebrated this year on 8th May. In such a situation, if you are thinking of making something special for your mother, then you can make chocolate pastry. Chocolate pastry is easy to make and your mom will be very happy to have it. So let's tell how to make chocolate pastry.

Ingredients for making Chocolate Pastry-

Curd - 3 tbsp
Milk - 16 tbsp
Sugar - 4 tbsp
All purpose flour - 7 tbsp
Refined oil - 4 tbsp
Cocoa Powder - 1.5 tbsp
Vanilla Essence - tsp
Baking Powder - 1/3 tsp
Baking soda - 2 pinch
Milk - 3 tbsp
Dark chocolate - 7 tbsp (chocolate cut into small pieces)

Method of making chocolate pastry- First of all, to make pastry, after putting 16 tbsp milk in a bowl, add sugar and mix the sugar well with a hand whisker. So that the sugar dissolves. Now after that add refined oil and curd and mix it and then add vanilla essence and mix it too. Now after this keep a fine sieve over the bowl and sieve the flour, baking powder, baking soda and cocoa powder in the sieve. After that remove the sieve and mix everything with a hand whisker to make lump free batter.

Now put a lattice stand in a pan and keep it on medium flame to preheat for 5 minutes. Now take three small steel bowls and lightly grease the oil with a brush. Then cut the butter paper in round shape and keep them in a bowl. Now put the batter in all three bowls. Do not fill the batter in the bowl till the top, leave a little space. After 5 minutes, keep all three bowls on a stand in a preheated pan, cover and bake the cake for 25 minutes by lowering the flame to medium. Then check it by inserting a toothpick in it. Now if the batter is sticking on the toothpick. So you bake the cake a little more. If the batter is not sticking.

So take out the bowl from the pan and let it cool down. After this you melt the dark chocolate. Now put some water in a vessel and keep it for heating. (The chocolate bowl should come easily on the vessel in which the water is heating and the water should not touch the bottom of the bowl or else the chocolate will get spoiled) When the water becomes hot. After this, put dark chocolate in a bowl and put the bowl over hot water and melt the chocolate while stirring it with a spoon. Now remove the chocolate from the hot water and let the chocolate cool down a bit. Then add three tablespoons of milk one tablespoon each to the chocolate and mix it well. Then keep it in the fridge for 15 minutes and then take it out from the fridge after 15 minutes.

After this, after the cake cools down, take out the cake from the bowls and cut a thin layer with the knife of the upper part. Then cut a cake in round shape into two parts. Similarly cut the remaining two cakes and keep them. After this, put the chocolate removed from the melted fridge in a piping bag and then fill the chocolate with the piping bag on each part of the three cakes and cover them with the other side of the cake. After this, the chocolate that is visible on the side of the cake, keep it together with a knife and then cut the cake into two parts. After that garnish the melted chocolate remaining in the piping bag over the pastry. Finally garnish with golden sprinkles.
