Every 'Pooh' is having a kid in himself somewhere and this time the trailer for Disney's "Christopher Robin" is filled with the magic of lovable Pooh. The movie will also feature Pooh with his pals, Piglet, Eeyore, Tigger, Kanga, Roo, Rabbit and Owl.
According to the reports from Today, the new live-action movie casts Ewan McGregor as the now-grown-up Christopher Robin. He is meant to be an overburdened London businessman who's lost all sense of fun and imagination. After a surprise visit from his stuffed childhood pal Pooh, he finds out the Christopher has lost his job. After which Christopher returns to Hundred Acre Wood.
In the trailer, Pooh tells his forest friend that perhaps it’s their turn to save Christopher. After this, the whole gang comes to London where the team teaches Christopher how to relish life again.
According to the reports, the movie is being helmed by "Finding Neverland's" Marc Forster and based on characters created by author A.A. Milne. It also features Hayley Atwell as Christopher’s wife, Evelyn, and Bronte Carmichael as his daughter, Madeline. Along with the voice of Jim Cummings, who voiced Pooh in the classic animated series "The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh" and in several films.
The movie "Christopher Robin" is slated to hit the theatres on August 03, 2018. Watch out the trailer here:
