In the last few days, people have issued protests against the citizenship law in many parts of the country. Many citizens of Bollywood and students have also come out against this law. At the same time, the ruling party Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is calling this law necessary for the national interest. Now BJP has taken a new step to properly explain citizenship law 2019 to the public. To spread awareness about the Citizenship Act 2019, BJP's youth wing Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) has resorted to the films of famous director Ritwik Ghatak. Yes, according to the news of a website, Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha has made a six-minute promotional video to explain the Citizenship Act 2019. In this video, they used scenes from Ritwik Ghatak's films.

In this case, BJP leader Samik Bhattacharya has said, "Some people are tirelessly trying to erase the history of partition by endorsing a divisive brand of politics and in the dark misinformation of the country through misinformation in their campaigns Want to keep ".

Ritwik Ghatak was originally from Bangladesh. In his films, he portrayed the agony of the people who came to India under compulsion after partition in 1947 in a very brilliant way. Ritwik Ghatak along with veteran filmmakers Satyajit Ray and Mrinal Sen gave many excellent films. His three brilliant films based on Partition are 'Meghe Dhaka Tara' (The Cloud Capped Star), 'Suvarnarekha' and 'Komal Gandhara' (A Soft Note on a Sharp Scale). All three of his films are considered an outstanding specimen of world cinema. So the BJP has used scenes from Ritwik Ghatak's films to show the agony of millions of refugees who have come to West Bengal and to explain the need for the Citizenship Act 2019.

Talking on the promotional video, BJP leader Samik Bhattacharya has said that the video was started in 1946 with the horrific riots of Calcutta. In this video, in today's time, it has been depicted even giving citizenship to different people. Let us know that since the Central Government has made the citizenship law, people are angry about it. Furious protests have also been seen in many parts of the country regarding the Citizenship Act 2019.
