Nagpur: Chief Justice of the country Sharad Arvind Bobde attended the program of High Court Bar Association in Nagpur. Addressing the program, the CJI said that lawyers should change their image of 'money-making professionals' to play the role of mediator. People have hopes from them that they can get them justice on time. Along with this, Justice Bobde emphasized on the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology.

The CJI said that if AI technology were there, many documents could be read in less time in Ayodhya case. The CJI clarified that there is no plan to involve my artificial intelligence in the process of court decisions. He said that AI will only simplify complicated operations. The system we are talking about can read 1 million words in a second.

Chief Justice Sharad Arvind Bobde has said that the costly legal process in the country is a hindrance in getting justice for the people. Delayed justice cannot be considered as true justice. He said that lawyers should come forward and play their role as an arbitrator. They should not see themselves as professionals earning money just for debate.
