Chief Justice of India, SA Bobde will be in the city on Saturday to be present in an orientation programme on “Protection of Wildlife” at the Assam Administrative Staff College, here.
The event will be attended by judicial officers of Assam, Nagaland, Mizoram, Arunachal Pradesh and officers of the forest department.The SC Chief Justice will visit the city to take part in an orientation programme on “Protection of Wildlife” at the Assam Administrative Staff College, Khanapara.
The programme will be organized by the Judicial Academy, Assam, in collaboration with World Wide Fund for Nature, India. Supreme Court justice Hrishikesh Roy, Sikkim high court chief justice AK Goswami and justice (retired) Ajit Singh will also join the event. Gauhati High Court chief justice (acting) N Kotiswar Singh and other judges of the High Court will take part in valedictory session that will commence from Saturday.
