Lucknow: Schools from class 1 to 8 are being restarted in view of the decline in corona infection cases in Uttar Pradesh. Offline classes from class 6 to 8 in the state were scheduled to start from August 23, which began today, August 24, due to a holiday caused by state mourning. Tell you that this state mourning was observed due to the passing away of former CM Kalyan Singh. Guidelines have been issued for starting schools. According to which:-

Classes to be held in 2 shifts:

1: these shifts should be of 4-4 hours.
2: 50 percent of students sit in class in one shift.
3: Assembly to be held in the classroom itself.
4: Lunch must be done inside the class at the interval.
5: Studying in both online and offline modes.
6: Children will get admission to school only after their parent's approval.
7: Children who do not come to school will be able to study in online classes from home.

State that schools for classes 1 to 5 in the state will be started from September 01. With the decision to open schools, it has also been announced that the presence of students in schools will not be mandatory and schools may close again if the condition of the covid worsens. Earlier, the government had decided to open schools, universities, colleges, and coaching institutes from Class IX to XII from August 16. Guidelines in this regard have already been issued by the State Government to the Education Officers.
