Through the video, he has told the public how to make masks with the traditional towel of the state which looks like Angocha. Deb has also explained how it can be used as a mask.

Biplab Kumar Deb has appealed while addressing the people of Tripura. He said that you should always keep a water swab (Angocha) with you. In the video, he himself used the towel as a mask and said, wrap it on your face like this and now it has become your mask. Always wrap it on the face while going anywhere.
