New Delhi: Delhi CM and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) supremo Arvind Kejriwal has spent Rs 45 crore in refurbishing his official Chief Minister's residence. He has spent crores of rupees from the kitchen to the 15 bathrooms and the curtains of the living rooms. But, there was a time when Chief Minister Kejriwal used to question the air condition installed in the house of the then Congress CM Sheila Dikshit.

Sharing an old tweet of Arvind Kejriwal, his former colleague and current BJP leader Kapil Mishra, who often questioned Arvind Kejriwal, wrote, 'There is no bigger fraud than this in the country's politics'. In this tweet, AAP supremo Kejriwal has raised questions on veteran Congress leader Sheila Dixit saying that she has installed AC in her bathroom as well. In a tweet dated October 27, 2013, Kejriwal wrote, '10 ACs are installed in the house of Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit. I have heard that there is AC in her bathroom too. Who pays their AC bill? Me and you fill up! My heart trembles thinking that when 40% of Delhi's people live in slums, then how can a Chief Minister live in a luxurious house!'

Let us tell you that while giving information in its operation named 'Sheesh Mahal', Times Now Navbharat had told that curtains worth Rs.8 lakh each have been installed in Kejriwal's Chief Minister's residence. In this only Rs 1 crore has been spent on the curtains. A total of 23 curtains were ordered for the CM's house, some of which are yet to be installed and some have already been installed. Initially 8 curtains were installed, which cost Rs 45 lakh. Whereas, in the second phase, 15 curtains were ordered, which were worth Rs 51 lakh. Not only this, marble was ordered from Vietnam to be installed in the CM House. It is called 'Dior Pearl Marble', which is of high quality. Its price is 15 lakh rupees. A different method is also adopted to apply it. It was also revealed during the operation of the channel that CM Kejriwal's government bungalow has not one or two, but 15 bathrooms and one lakh rupees have been spent in decorating each bathroom.
