Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal has arrived in Goa on a two-day visit after blowing the election bugle in Punjab and Uttarakhand. Addressing a press conference on Wednesday, Arvind Kejriwal said that the people of the state have been created. Goa needs to be a clean state. Kejriwal said Goa wants to change this time. Why not Goa have free electricity if Delhi had? He said that the poor politics of corruption and defection sans corruption has to be eliminated. Now there is no difference between the BJP Congress.

CM Kejriwal said, "I guarantee that Kejriwal does what he says.'' Announcing four guarantees, he said, "The first guarantee is that every family will get 300 units of electricity-free. Second guarantee: All old electricity bills will be waived. The third guarantee will provide 24-hour power to Goa. 4th Guarantee: Free electricity will be provided to the donors.''

The Delhi CM said that 10 Congress MLAs had quit their party two years ago and joined the BJP. You voted for the Congress government, but the BJP government was formed. The party with 13 MLAs has 28 MLAs. The party to which you gave 17 MLAs, only 5 survived. He said, "Make a government by giving money to each other, why do you conduct elections?" Kejriwal said the weather in Goa is very beautiful but the politics here is very bad and corrupt. The people of the state now want change.
