Chandigarh: Haryana government has found a new way to deal with unemployment. In addition to ensuring 75 percent jobs in the private sector for the youth of the state, Chief Minister Manohar Lal has decided to take command himself. For which he has prepared the project 'Har Hath Ko Kam'. Keeping this in view of all departments, the Chief Minister has made plans. Under the Chief Minister's project, the government will reach the unemployed. They will be asked, what do you do, why are you sitting idly? Officers have been asked to prepare such a system. May also motivate youth for self-employment. The target group of employment offices is going to be people between 15 and 35 years. The job will be available only after 18 years, but between 15 and 18 years their skill will be developed.
This task is set to be taken up by the Industrial and Skills Training Department and the employment office is also set to work on it. People will be given employment to people according to their skills. The Chief Minister wants not a single youth of the state to stay unemployed. In order to provide new jobs, to promote investment and industry, the government is about to complete the work of identifying industrial clusters in all 22 districts.
Chief Minister Manohar Lal has said that government jobs are to be given priority. It is going to be done in the private sector under compulsion. Even then, their attention can remain only towards the government. He has instructed the departments to prepare such a scheme so that the youngsters will get jobs in both the public and private sectors. The contribution of youth power is very important for a self-reliant India. While studying, the mission of the student needs to be social rather than personal, only then major changes will be made.
