Patna: The demand for renaming of Bakhtiyarpur in Bihar's capital Patna is gaining momentum. Since Bakhtiyarpur is the birthplace of state CM Nitish Kumar (Nitish Kumar), the BJP leader has demanded that Bakhtiyarpur be named after CM Nitish. However, when nitish kumar was questioned in this regard on Monday, he said don't say all this, it is nonsense. People keep talking without meaning.

Talking to the media after the Janata Darbar was over, Nitish Kumar was questioned about his demand to change the name of Bakhtiyarpur and said, 'Hey, what a nonsense. My birthplace is Bakhtiyarpur, who will change its name. What to talk about. People keep talking nonsense about Bakhtiyarpur that this is where it happened, that's why Nalanda went from our control.'

CM Nitish further said, 'You should know what the Member of Parliament said when the All India Law was being enacted in Parliament. He had said that the Nalanda University (Nalanda University) which has been destroyed should be uplifted. The camp was set up at Bakhtiyarpur at that time for this purpose. This time again, a man born in the same Bakhtiyarpur is here, who is building Nalanda university. So there is no question of changing the name, it's all nonsense."
