Patna: The ruling BJP has suffered a major setback in Bihar's Bochahan by-election. By a huge margin (by 36 thousand votes), the BJP candidate lost and the RJD won. Now, CM Nitish Kumar has expressed his reaction to the matter. Talking to the media after the Janata Darbar programme on Monday, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said that we do not know what was the real reason for the defeat in the Bochahan by-election, what happened on the whole issue. The matter has also not been discussed with the BJP. The people are the owners of the people whom to vote for. The defeat in the by-election is nothing special. Earlier, the NDA candidate had won the by-elections for two seats. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar also reacted to the communal atmosphere that has deteriorated after Ram Navami and Hanuman Janmotsav Shobha yatra amidst Azaan and loudspeaker controversy across the country.

On the loudspeaker and communal harmony in the Azaan, Chief Minister Nitish said that there is no such thing in our country. Remain fully active in this event. There is no dispute anywhere. The Chief Minister said that ever since the opportunity to work in Bihar has been received, the dispute between the people of the two religions has been put to an end. That was a lot in the old government. In Bihar, the conflict between the two is not equal. One should have love and brotherhood among themselves irrespective of religion and religion. He who disputes must assume that he has nothing to do with religion.

In the conversation, the CM also reacted to the meeting of Prashant Kishor and Sonia Gandhi. "We already have a relationship with Prashant Kishor. He was with the BJP first, later he came with us. Wherever he is going is his personal decision. Their relationship with us is different. If we have a discussion, we will ask for the latest move.''
