CM Shivraj pays humble tributes on death anniversary of Martyr Udham Singh

Bhopal: Today is the death anniversary of martyr Udham Singh. Tell all of you that Shaheed Udham Singh is a memorable name in Indian history. He is known for his revenge for the Jallianwala Bagh massacre. Let me tell all of you that the name Udham Singh is among the revolutionaries who laid down their lives for the freedom of the country. On the death anniversary of Martyr Udham Singh, MP CM and Home Minister Narottam Mishra have bowed and paid homage.

Apart from him, Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra tweeted: "A humble tribute to The Immortal Son of Mother India Shaheed Udham Singh Ji, who avenged the sacrifices of hundreds of innocent Indians who were martyred by killing General Dwyer, who was convicted of the Jallianwala Bagh massacre.'' Tell all of you that Udham Singh was hanged in Pentonville jail in London on July 31, 1940.
