Ranchi: Addressing the Assembly, Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren on Friday attacked coal companies. "We have demanded payment of Rs 1.36 lakh crore (dues) to the state from the coal companies, and we will take it, it is the right of the state or else we will put up barricades around the coal mineral resources. Apart from this, Soren also attacked the BJP-led central government over the ever-increasing inflation in the country.''

Addressing the Assembly, he said that the way inflation is rising continuously in the country, the cases of female foeticide and child marriage will increase. Due to this inflation, now people will start feeling the burden of children in the right way because parents will not have enough money. The central government says - 'Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao' but in this inflation, how will anyone be able to teach their child. Soren said that due to inflation, there will be chaos in many areas and there will be chaos in the society.

CM Soren said that he will consider the daughter as a burden. Parents have to choose between son and daughter. The people who are trapped the most due to inflation are Dalits, Adivasis, backward caste people and people of poverty-stricken areas. Soren said that the state is trying to progress but if the central government does not support it, what can we do? At the same time, Hemant Soren has earlier also attacked the Centre in his comments. Last year, speaking about a call from PM Narendra Modi, he had tweeted that today the PM made the call. He was only speaking his 'Mann Ki Baat. It would have been better if he talked about business and listened to the issues.
