Chennai: Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin on Sunday (May 28) travelled by bullet train in Japan. Impressed by the facilities and time saving of this train, he also spoke about the need for bullet train in India. He tweeted that if such a facility comes to India, then the journey of people will be very easy. Stalin is on an official visit to Japan these days. He travelled about 500 km by bullet train.  

Stalin tweeted, I am going from Osaka to Tokyo on the bullet train. The distance of about 500 km will be completed in just two and a half hours. Along with this, Stalin also shared some pictures of his visit. He further wrote that a railway service like bullet train, which is not only designed but also has the same speed and quality, should also be started in India.  

According to CM Stalin, if a similar train is started in India, then the common people will get a lot of benefits. He wrote that this will greatly benefit the poor and middle class category people and their travel will also be easier. Tamil Nadu CM Stalin is on a visit to Singapore and Japan to attract more investment in Tamil Nadu.
