UP CM Yogi Adityanath has said, "The Mughal Museum in Agra should be renamed as Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj". In addition, he has also said, "The Uttar Pradesh government is going to nurture nationalist ideas. Barring the symbols of the mindset of slavery, there is a need to promote the subjects that have a sense of pride towards the nation. Our heroes cannot be Mughal. Shivaji Maharaj is our hero".

After attending a meeting, the chief minister tweeted, "There is no place for the symbols of the mindset of slavery in new Uttar Pradesh. The hero of all of us is Shivaji Maharaj. Jai Hind, Jai Bharat". Former Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has appreciated the tweet. He retweeted Chief Minister Yogi's tweet and wrote, "Jai Jijau, Jai Shivrai. Jai of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj". 

UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that the pending proposal at any stage should be sanctioned immediately. According to him, the public representatives should be connected with all developmental works. Further, he said that the construction of community toilets and Gram Panchayat secretariat is on priority.

He wants the construction and repair of roads in the Agra division on a war footing and the roads should be started as soon as the monsoon ends. In addition, he said that geo-tagging of construction should be done under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (rural and urban).
