Lucknow: UttarPradesh CM Yogi Adityanath has informed that vaccination of people will be started in all 75 districts from June 1 to 18 to 44. He emphasized that due to the fear of the third wave, parents whose children are under the age of 12 will be preferred in vaccination.

Let us tell you that the vaccination drive is being carried out in full swing in the state to prevent corona infection. Immunization is currently going on in only 23 districts. This information was given by CM Yogi during his visit to Purvanchal. It may be recalled that earlier also CM Yogi had given instructions on vaccination of 18+ people from June 1. He had directed the authorities to launch vaccination drives in villages where the rate of infection is very high.

State government officials said they will soon issue guidelines for vaccination of people in the age group of 18 to 44 years in all districts of the state. According to a state government spokesman, even after being a densely populated state, the vaccination drive for those above 18 years is being carried out vigorously. According to the information, 10 lakh people within the ambit of 18+ were vaccinated in UP from May 1. The spokesperson said that this number is the highest in the country.
