Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath on Thursday announced the employment of 58000 rural women under the Banking Correspondent Sakhi Scheme. These rural women will join banks and conduct money transfers from door to door. So that the entire transaction of the villagers will be digital and they will not have to go to the bank.

This will not only reduce the risk of corona infection, but will also create employment opportunities for the women of the village. Yogi Adityanath said that arrangements should be made to immediately deploy 58 thousand banking correspondent Sakhi. In this, the selection of those who are qualified, who are aware, is necessary with honesty. CM Yogi Adityanath said that we are announcing 58 thousand banking correspondent Sakhi.

Along with this, he directed that arrangements should be made to immediately deploy these associates. 4 thousand rupees per month will be provided to Banking Correspondent Sakhi for the coming 6 months. They will also be given Rs 50,000 for the device. In addition, the bank will also give them a commission on the transaction, which will make them a fixed income every month. He said that now banks will not have to go round, the bank itself will come to your house.
