Lucknow: CM Yogi Adityanath has taken a tough stand on violence in uttar pradesh block major elections. CM Yogi has ordered action in the case of misbehaviour with a woman proposer in Lakhimpur Kheri. CM Yogi Adityanath has directed suspension of the jurisdictional and police station in-charge.

UP police claim that the youth who misbehaved with the woman is a supporter of an independent candidate. The local police are investigating thoroughly. Police say strict action will be taken against the accused. CM Yogi Adityanath has ordered strictest action immediately with zero tolerance policy against responsible officials posted on the spot and those who disturb the atmosphere. The UP government says not a single attempt to spoil the atmosphere will be accepted under any circumstances.

CM Yogi Adityanath has said that the police force should be deployed with extra vigilance and sensitivity, necessary action should be taken by seizing the weapons of those who demonstrated asalha etc. CM Yogi suspended CO and SO in lakhimpur case. Strict action has also been directed against the negligent police officers present on the spot.
