Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Tuesday transferred Rs 15 crore to the bank accounts of bank friends for 1.5 lakh self-help groups. Along with this, he also interacted with seven beneficiaries of various schemes. CM Yogi said that there were governments in the country since 1947, but the process of implementing the schemes of poor welfare in the true sense has started from 2014.

CM Yogi further said that during the tenure of PM Modi, many big changes are being seen in the country. India's respect on the world stage has increased. The benefits of the schemes are reaching the poor directly without any discrimination. CM Yogi further said that UP is the only state where every village is getting facility through BC Sakhi, every household is doing banking work and this is the real change. Today every person of the state is taking advantage of the banking service. CM Yogi said that PM Modi had given the slogan of 'Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas' in 2013-14, which seems to be being fulfilled in today's time. In the last 8 years, more than 3 crore families got houses in the country, in UP alone, 43 and a half lakh poor were given houses.

CM Yogi said that under PM Awas Yojana, one lakh twenty thousand rupees are given for construction of houses in rural areas and 2.5 lakh rupees in urban areas. Relaxation in standards has also been given to give benefits of the scheme in urban areas. He further said that in the survey of 2011-12, the poor whose names were left out, we have linked them with the Chief Minister's Housing Scheme, due to which castes like Vantangia, Musahar could also be given the benefit of the scheme.
