Hollywood blockbuster The Lion King is making a great record of worldwide earnings. As usual, viewers are quite fond of the movie. In India, the film has grossed rs 54.75 crore in three days (in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu). It has become the first non-Avengers film to cross the 50-crore mark on the first weekend. The Lion King film, which was released on July 19, earned Rs 11.06 crore on the first day and Rs 19.15 crore on the second day. Last Sunday, the film grossed Rs 24.54 crore. The Jungle Book film earned Rs 40.19 crore on the first weekend. The film was also directed by John Favreau. Also Hollywood has become the first film in terms of another film which is now earning.
The film, which grossed a lot on the first weekend, is the Avengers endgame. The film had a box office collection of 158.65 in the first three days. Released last year, 'Avengers Infinity War' earned Rs 94.30 crore. The Lion King film has surprised many film critics by earning Rs 54.75 crore on the first weekend. This year's 'Avengers Endgame', 'Captain Marvel', 'Aladdin' and now 'The Lion King' have hit the box office. The Hindi version of The Lion King film has been made special by Shah Rukh Khan, Aryan Khan, Ashish Vidya, Asrani, Shreyas Talpade and Sanjay Mishra.
