Apart from this, speculations are being made that the displeasure of the BJP leaders is also the reason for the transfer of Collector and the DIG. In fact, during the state-wide campaign against land mafias under Kamal Nath government, these officers had taken action against the land mafias in the district. In the Honey Trap case too, party leaders had accused the BJP leader and workers of taking unilateral action against them for taking action against the mafias.
